About Me
Howard L. Armstrong is a graduate of Midland Technical College with degrees in Banking and Finance. Mr. Armstrong has been a licensed Real Estate Professional in South Carolina for over forty (40) years. He is currently the Broker-in-Charge of S.C. Real Estate Exchange; a full service real estate firm, serving the entire state of S.C. Mr. Armstrong has a vast amount of experience and professional training in the real estate industry. Professional training classes completed in all of Century 21 real estate studies; 2 & 1 sales training, VIP referral & relocation training, principals of sales & management, investment practices & specialist course, and many other certificates of completion of advanced studies through the Century 21 Real Estate Training industry.
Additional training and studies through the Columbia Association of Realtors and very active and involved member with over fifteen (15) years of continuous service with the Board of Realtors. Having served as chairman & vice chairman of the Equal Opportunity Committee, Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee. And at present, maintain full membership with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). And the firm under his guidance is an A+ member of the Better Business Bureau which serves Central South Carolina and Charleston.
Mr. Armstrong’s recognitions and awards include: Century 21 Million Dollar Producer, Century 21 Top Sales Associate of both South Carolina and North Carolina, Million Dollar Producer and consecutive million-dollar producer over the past thirty-three (33) years.
